NBA Trade Rumors: Kevin Love To Cleveland Cavaliers! Best Power Forward In The Game Provides The Perfect Lure For LeBron! Top Overall Pick in 2014 Is Game-Changer!

The NBA Trade Rumors are heating up, and Kevin Love has placed himself in the middle of the tornado. By winning the 2014 Draft Lottery, the Cleveland Cavaliers become a powerful player in the game.

The Cleveland Cavaliers has won the draft lottery three times in the past four years. They are also the first team to have consecutive first overall draft picks since the Orlando Magic won the lottery in 1992 and 1993, picking Shaquille O'Neal and Chris Webber (eventually traded) respectively.

There's a big difference between last year's first overall pick and this year's-the draft is much stronger this year, it's almost impossible to screw up the pick even for Cleveland. But what if they don't have to use the pick at all?

ESPN had a possible trade proposal for Kevin Love:

"Cavaliers receive: Kevin Love
Wolves receive: Tristan Thompson, Dion Waiters, Alonzo Gee, No. 1 pick in 2014

Why would the Cavaliers possibly trade the No. 1 pick in a loaded class, plus three rotation players, for Love? Because they seem to have a pipe dream of bringing LeBron James back to Cleveland this summer and this is the way to do it. It's not stockpiling a bunch of young role players for James to play alongside. He wants to play with stars, and having Love and Kyrie Irving in tow would go a long way."

This is purely a speculative proposal and it can definitely be argued that the package is too much of a price to pay for Kevin Love, as other teams like the Lakers would only have their first round pick as the foundation of the trade. Tristan Thompson deserves to be on the trading block for Dion Waiters is actually an underrated player. Alonzo Gee is a low risk prospect and the no. 1 overall draft pick may even emerge as a better player down the line than Kevin Love is.

But it's all worth it considering the bigger picture. Their ultimate purpose of luring LeBron James serves as proper justification. If Miami fails to win the championship this year, James will likely blame Wade's aging legs. He could form a younger, less hateful Big Three in Cleveland with Kevin Love and Kyrie Irving.

It's a long shot, but stranger things have happened in the NBA.
