Will Lea Michele become the latest addition to the John Mayer girlfriend list? Mayer, who broke up with Katy Perry three months ago, is reportedly sending text messages to the 'Glee' actress telling her how beautiful she is. The 36-year-old crooner is allegedly asking for a date with the brunette beauty.

"John's had a crush on Lea for a while. He constantly tells her how beautiful she is," claimed an America Star magazine's source. As per the source, the 27-year-old songstress appreciates Mayer's admiration but isn't interested to go out just yet.

"She just wants someone to have fun with. She isn't about to give her heart away to someone like him," adds the insider. Michele isn't ready to date yet following the death of her boyfriend Cory Monteith in July 2013 because of heroin overdose.

While her relationship with Monteith is her most publicized affair, the 'Cannonball' singer also dated another 'Glee' star, Matthew Morrison. In her autobiography entitled 'Brunette Ambition', she wrote:

"When we shot the pilot [for 'Glee'], I met Cory Monteith, Kevin McHale, Amber Riley, and Chris Colfer for the first time. I had worked on Broadway with Jenna Ushkowitz and Matthew Morrison before. Matt had been a friend of mine for years, and in fact we'd actually dated back in the day for a Broadway beat."

Last May 11, Michele remembered her late boyfriend Monteith for his 32^nd birthday. She thanked her late boyfriend for treating her "like a queen" every day.

Meanwhile, Katy Perry, the most recent part of the John Mayer girlfriend list still appears to be single again following her short-lived affair with DJ Diplo.

According to Times of India, DJ Diplo, whose real name is Thomas Wesley Pentz, is looking for a serious relationship wherein Perry isn't actually ready to get married again. Rumors of Katy Perry dating DJ Diplo first circulated when they have been spotted cuddling during the Coachella Festival 2014 in Indio, California.
