The return of David Clarke is mainly the theme of 'Revenge' season 4 spoilers. During the season finale, fans were shocked that Emily Thorne's father was actually alive. Show runner Sunil Nayar confirms that viewers will see a lot of David in the next season. However, don't expect him to play nice.

In the season finale, the first thing he did was to kill someone. Will he embark on a killing spree to make people pay for the things which happened to him? 'Revenge' season 4 spoilers confirm so. "You realize this man is no longer about forgiveness, that revenge has become a part of his makeup," says Nayar.

As per Nayar, writers of the show wanted to re-introduce David for it would add an interesting dimension to the plot. Although he once told his dear daughter to simply forgive and move on, that understanding man was apparently gone as revealed by 'Revenge' season 4 spoilers.

"I'm sure it's going to be a polarizing decision, there's nobody who's not going to want to know where he's been and what he's about, so we can't wait to tell those stories next season," Nayar says.

With Conrad dead and Victoria locked up in an asylum, Emily's mission appear to have been accomplished. Will she and daddy become a duo and a threat to the Hamptons? Another 'Revenge' season 4 spoiler is the possibility of Emily's mother coming back.

 "[Kara's] definitely come up in conversations. Season 4 is going to be much more about the nature of Emily's family as opposed to the Grayson family than it's ever been before. She's someone we're talking about, but we haven't figured out the stories yet, but we love her and we love the character. You never know, she could pop up," Nayar explains to E! Online

Previous 'Revenge' season 4 spoilers also hint that the show might have a new narrator. Viewers are speculating if the new point of view will come from Victoria .
