"The Blacklist" season 2 spoilers are here and they are straight out of the creator's mouth as he said that Red is not lying to Liz about her father. As to Tom Keen coming back, the showrunner isn't keen on telling that part just yet.

Creator Jon Bokenkamp revealed some "The Blacklist" season 2 spoilers when interviewed by Buzz Sugar.

"What I do not believe is that Red is lying to Liz," he said. "The things he's told her about her father he believes to be true and thus are true, but that doesn't necessarily mean those in the writers' room believe them to be true."

In the finale of "The Blacklist" season 1, Tom Keen revealed to Liz that he's father is still alive before the writers of the show made fans believed that he died.

When Liz told Red that her father might still be alive based on the information given by Tom Keen, he informed her that her real father perished on the day he saved his daughter from the house fire. But a large Easter egg was left behind by the show's writers at the ending when it was shown that Red's back was filled with scar tissue from burns.

Ryan Eggold (Tom Keen), meanwhile, has not given any "The Blacklist" season 2 spoilers, particularly how his character will come back for next season, but he did dish out how he loves playing the role.

"What I love about it is that you sort of introduce everything on the surface, and you meet all these characters, and then oh, wait, he has a secret, and wait, she's lying," he told TODAY. "All those sort of layers that we can continue to pull back is what I think is interesting about it."

Jon Bokenkamp dished out "The Blacklist" season 2 spoilers when he TVGuide that Tom Keen "will or may or could even weave into her life, because it does feel like such a conclusion that this man entered her life, had a role to play, and he's now gone."

"The Blacklist" airs Mondays on NBC at 10 p.m.
