While the question of "who wore it better?" is up for debate, what's clear is that the American-Mexican actress wore it first on May 19 during the Cannes Film Festival. "Pretty Little Liars" cast Troian Bellisario then wore the same dress by Three Floor just over a week later at the W Hotel in Hollywood, Los Angeles on May 31,HollywoodLife  reported.

The website said that "Devious Maids" executive producer Eva Longoria, 39, wore transparent pumps with black cap toe to pair off with her dress, while "Pretty Little Liars" cast Troian Bellisario opted for sandals by Alexandre Birman.

Meanwhile, Eva Longoria had an unexpected reunion with fellow "Desperate Housewives" star Felicity Huffman at the Jane Fonda tribute in Hollywood on Thursday. The two were snapped by MailOnline shrieking while unexpectedly running into each other in the red carpet event.

According to the website, Felicity Huffman was wearing a "high-low Sass and Bide gown" while Eva Longoria was wearing a white frock accented by a golden collar.

The two actresses spent eight years together on the set of "Desperate Housewives," playing neighbors Gabrielle Solis and Lynette Scavo.
