"Bones" season 10 spoilers are up and conspiracy theories will be at the center of next season's conflict. David Boreanaz's character will go soul searching.

Emily Deschanel revealed in an interview with E! News: "I don't want to say it's a conspiracy theory -- because it may not be a theory. There really may be conspiracies happening against Booth and Brennan and then possibly everyone at the Jeffersonian."

She dished out some "Bones" season 10 spoilers by saying that the next chapter will offer ""a lot of changes for our characters."

At the end of season 9, Booth was shot but he will survive only to find out that he was set up and lost his career. For that betrayal, Booth will undergo a lot of soul-searching since "the people he trusts more than he trusts anyone might not be as trustworthy as he believes," showrunner Stephen Nathan told E!.

Executive producer Jonathan Collier said: "Booth is a terribly wounded criminal, and everything he's ever stood for or worked for is gone."

Collier added more "Bones" season 10 spoilers as he told Screenfad : "Booth will be in a terribly difficult situation and he has to face tremendous legal and career problems. He's been charged with a capital crime, and the case against him appears to be rock solid, he also has to deal with the burden of being vilified by the FBI - an organization which he's served with honor and integrity for years."

Stephen Nathan told Givememyremote that the premiere episode will pick up where the season 9 finale left off and "Booth will still be in jail-he'll be waiting trial for the murder of those FBI agents."

But Brennan is not taking this sitting down as she and the other agents at the lab have made some progress in their investigation to put together a possible scenario over what happened and the "Bones" boss claimed that it all goes back to the past.

"They realize there's now more to those conspiracy theories than we initially thought. So we will be coming back with a person who has for the first time realized their vulnerability. Which gives Booth and Brennan a chance to get to the bottom of what's happening," he said.
