"London Has Fallen" cast Gerard Butler is getting himself busy with the premiere of "How to Train Your Dragon 2" as director Antoine Fuqua teams up with Denzel Washington for "Magnificent Seven."

At the red carpet event at the Regency Village Threatre in Westwood, California Sunday afternoon, "London Has Fallen" cast Gerard Butler showed off his buff body as he wore a plain shirt, according to Just Jared.

"London Has Fallen" cast Gerald Butler has already committed to reprise his role as disgraced agent Mike Banning. The "300" actor will also executive produce the new film. It's not clear if Antoine Fuqua, the director of the first film, will come back to helm the "Olympus Has Fallen" sequel.

The "Olympus Has Fallen" sequel will tackle the death of British Prime Minister and former agent Mike Banning finds himself in the thick of the action once again after saving the U.S. President.

The right to distribute the "Olympus Has Fallen" sequel was acquired by Focus Features, which set the release date on October 2, 2015.

According to Variety, "London Has Fallen" will go up against 20th Century Fox's "Frankenstein," which stars James McAvoy and Daniel Radcliffe. The latter is a retelling of Mary Shelley's horror novel about scientist Victor Frankenstein.

Meanwhile, Denzel Washington is in talks with Antoine Fuqua to the planned remake of "The Magnificent Seven" by MGM. According to Variety, both Denzel Washington and Antoine Fuqua have received offers for roles in the reboot but they have yet to commit.

The two have worked together in "Training Day" and "The Equalizer," which will open in September this year.

Sources told the publication, however, that "it's possible both will commit" to the film, whose script was rewritten by John Lee Hancock.

The "Magnificent Seven" is the story of seven gunslingers who band together to protect a Mexican village from outlaws. It starred Steve McQueen and Yul Brynner.
