RHONJ season 6 spoilers! Finally the anticipated Real Housewives of New Jersey spoilers of the new season aired and RHONJ did not disappoint at all. The new season of Housewives airs July 13th and it looks spectacular! Sidenote: Teresa Giudice and her hubby get their sentences days before, on July 8th. Spoilers show  plenty more drama between the Housewives, which includes blowups arguments between the veteran RHONJ stars and the new women joining the show, Amber Marchesa wil not be bringing it this season while twins Nicole and Teresa Napolitano are a spectacular addition to RHONJ. Andy Cohen said, "there's going to be a lot in there that's going to be quite dramatic and different than anything we've ever seen before."

The preview proved that Andy was right and RHONJ will be more eventful that ever before in season 6. The new identical plastic twins, aka the funbag twins, were hilarious and will be a great new addition to the Real Housewives of New Jersey. The New Jersey identical sisters are a breath of fresh air for the Bravo show. Losing Caroline and Jaqueline was overdue for RHONJ.  Amber Marchesa seems a little crazy but entertaining this season. According to RadarOnline, "Amber wants to make a splash, but Teresa and Melissa are making it very difficult for her, putting her down at every opportunity." But the focal point of Jersey Housewives this season is definitely Teresa and Joe Giudice's legal battle. Andy Cohen told TV Guide, "we cover it in the way that we can on Real Housewives Of New Jersey" and he promised we will be seeing Teresa deal with all of the emotions and fears that go into her legal woes. The preview certainly showed Teresa's fears of the future and the inevitability of her husband.  Melissa and Teresa are finally friends on RHONJ after season after season of fighting.

And they are more than happy to be the a united front watching Amber, Nicole and Teresa be the center of the drama, instead of themselves. It was nice to watch the sisters-in-law hold hand and say that they're glad it isn't them fighting. Glad Teresa and Melissa are finally at peace. with each other. But the hardest part, but the biggest guilty pleasure, of watching the RHONJ preview and spoilers was watching the downfall of Teresa's familysince her fraud charges. Her kids cleary know and understand what is happening to their parents. Their futures are uncertain and the children are clearly cracking under the stress. The kids definitely know exactly what is going on as shown in the spoilers.  In case you didn't know, Teresa and her husband Joe Giudice plead guilty to some of their fraud charges. We will find out their sentences on July 8yh, days before RHONJ airs on Bravo on July 13th.

Below is a summary of their previous charges:

1) Mail Fraud and Wire Fraud: The indictment states that between 2001-2008, using the U.S. mail, private carriers and wire communications, they defrauded 7 different banks and mortgage lenders.

2) Bank Fraud: The indictment states 5 banks were defrauded by submitting applications with false tax returns, pay stubs, and W-2s that gave false salaries and income. In total they stole $4.5 million from various banks.

3) Loan Application Fraud: For making false statements in those bank loan applications

4) Bankruptcy Fraud: Concealment, False Oaths, False Declarations. These are 22 different counts alone. In essence, they lied to the BK courts (under oath) about their finances and they knowingly filed false documents to conceal their income. That's perjury. Tre & Joe never withdrew their bankruptcy, the courts denied their petition on suspicion of fraud.

5) Failure to Make Tax Returns: These counts are all against Joe, and claim he didn't file tax returns from 2004-2008.

6) Teresa signed false loan application claiming she was a real estate broker earning $50,000 per month.

Joe Giudice, whose real first name is Giuseppe, is an Italian citizen. Thus, he could face deportation after he serves time.

The couple are parents to daughters Gia, 13, Gabriella, 11, Milania, 9, and Audriana, 5 who are completely innocent in their parents' mess.
