Singer San E stated that he and After School member Raina are too close to be dating in response to Raina's comment on a recent radio program that she would not date San E.

On June 30, San E posted a picture on his Twitter with the captions: "We're just too close. I should have dissed her on a radio program too. Haha. Thanks for laughing at our joke. I love Hyosung and Uee too but Raina is the best!"

Previously, Raina had stated: "San E's not that great as a male. We're strictly bonded through a business relationship" in response to the radio host's question: "How is San E as a man?"

The other radio host responded: "San E must be a bad guy," to which Raina exclaimed: "He's not bad, but too good. He says, 'Hyosung, you're so pretty,' and 'Uee, you're awesome.' I don't think I can be okay with this if he were to be my boyfriend."

The two stars are currently active in promotion of their duet "Midsummer Night's Honey."
