Ryan Kwanten Sex Scene: True Blood Stars Sizzle Audience’s Veins W/ Steamy Man On Man Action; Kwanten, Skarsgard ‘Begged’ For It

Spoiler alert: Do not read further if you haven’t seen last week’s episode–not unless you want to spoil yourself with the steamy details.

Ryan Kwanten sex scene: The second episode of True Blood’s season finale was anything but hot. After seven seasons, die-hard fans were finally rewarded with a steaming sexual encounter between their two favorite characters–the always shirtless Sheriff Jason Stackhouse, played by Australian Ryan Kwanten, and the 1000-year-old vampire Eric Northman, under the role of Alexander Skarsgard.

“You found me,” Eric said, standing outside a mansion. He had already sensed that Jason was behind him.

“You didn’t make it easy,” Jason replied.

Eric answered back, “I know I didn’t. I needed space to think.”

“How’s it workin’ out fer ya?”

There began the series of sexual innuendoes and sizzling word foreplay, followed by a martini drink. Suddenly, Jason stripped off his leather jacket. He then undid Eric’s belt. The two started kissing each other with such passion, until the rest of the scene flowed and sizzled.

It was a hot sex scene. It was a hot gay sex scene. It was a hot gay sex scene of a vampire and a sheriff.

After spending a huge airtime in the series shirtless, Kwantern’s role had it coming. In an interview with E!, Kwantern said that he and his co-star Skarsgard never had time to really hit it off onscreen. This was why when he read Jason’s fantasy sexy scene, he nearly flipped.

"We really only saw each other at the table reads, which is maybe once every two weeks," he explained. "We’d begged (to) give us scenes together."

In another interview with The Daily Beast, Kwantern shared how he had fun in and out of the screen.

“It was not a normal situation for either of us. But it was actually really fun. He’s one of the cast members that I never really got to work with, so we’d always talk after a table read, like, ‘What do you think we would do if we ever put in a scene together?’ And I think the showrunners finally got that opportunity in the form of what you’ve seen,” said Kwantern.

Becoming known as an eye-candy series of hot stars, sexy Southern accents, and over-the-top storylines, True Blood has gained a huge fan base in the LGBT community. Coincidentally, the episode aired during the Gay Pride day.
