Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries divorce reason is making a comeback even if the brunette beauty appears to be focused with her family. Recently, the best friend of the NBA athlete revealed that he once had a sexual encounter with the 33-year-old reality star.

Andrey Hicks told celebrity blogger Perez Hilton that the encounter took place in Monaco when Kardashian was upset with her then fiancé. Kardashian allegedly grabbed Hicks' hand and told him that she wanted to be with a guy like him.

While Hicks was aware that his best friend might be upset, he admitted giving in to temptation: "I did what any warm blooded man would do when he's got Kim Kardashian pressed up against him. I went for it. We started making out at first, made our way to a more secluded part of the villa's grounds, and then my pants were down and I was going to town."

As per Hicks, he revealed the truth for he wanted to make some money with his knowledge about the Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries divorce. Hicks is currently serving his sentence of 4- months in prison for stealing approximately $2.3 million from investors through fraudulent schemes.

In 2013, the mother of North West was also accused of cheating by one of Humphries' former girlfriends. According to Myla Sinanaj's statement to Radar Online, Kardashian used to sneak Kanye West into her hotel suite back when she was still dating Reggie Bush.

"My advice to Kanye is 'if they cheat with you, they cheat on you," Sinanaj warned.

Meanwhile, the newlyweds kept their silence although Kardashian's lawyer, Marty Singer, has sent a letter to Hicks regarding his claims. Singer, who also represents several stars such as Charlie Sheen and Scarlett Johansson, labeled Hicks as a "swindling convict and a liar."
