BLACKPINK member Jennie once again proved her young and rich status after it was confirmed she resides in a multi-million dollar property in Seoul.

K-pop fans are well aware that Jennie is one of the richest stars in South Korea. With her status as an A-list celebrity, Jennie makes money not just from her solo and BLACKPINK music, but from her lucrative brand deals. The idol has taken in billions of won and is proof of her hard work.

On May 7, 2024, all the episodes of Netflix's original series, "Super Rich in Korea," aired. The series follows the lives of super-rich foreigners who live extravagant lives in South Korea. This gives viewers an inside look into what it means to live lavishly.

During the show, one of the people is seen looking at properties in South Korea. One such place is the luxury apartment La TERRASSE Hannam, which overlooks the Han River.

As they walk around the property and chat, it is revealed by the real estate agent that BLACKPINK member Jennie also lives at La TERRASSE.

Back in November 2023, it was reported that the "You & Me" songstress paid a whopping ₩5.00 billion KRW, which is approximately $3,668,984.50, for the apartment. She reportedly paid for her property in cash, without any bank loans. Her apartment features five bedrooms and three bathrooms, with a total living space of 223.97 square meters (2,636 square feet).

The idol began the process of purchasing the luxurious apartment in February 2021. She initially paid a 10% downpayment of ₩500 million KRW (approximately $366,763.90) for the property.

La TERRASSE is located in the elusive UN Village in Hannam, and is known as one of the most expensive places to live in. Actor Lee Jong Suk also has property in La TERRASSE.

Of course, Jennie isn't the only BLACKPINK star confirmed to purchase expensive property. Back in March 2023, Lisa introduced fans to her $5.5 million USD mansion in a YouTube video.

The "LALISA" songstress purchased the home in 2023 and is located in Seongbuk-dong, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, a prominent affluent neighborhood in the country. She reportedly paid for her home in cash.

In April, it was confirmed that Lisa purchased a $4 million USD estate in Beverly Hills, California.
