Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Update: Official Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean Update Unlocks Superior S-Pen Support, Daydream Functions & Lock Screen Widget

Samsung Galaxy Note 8 update started almost two months, beginning with users in the Germany and U.K. It is expected that by this time, Samsung Galaxy Note 8 users from around the world have access to the Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. There have been some reports, however, that some users based in Britain are saying that they still have not received access to the update.

There have been no news whatsoever from Samsung or other insider sources that the rollout has slowed down, despite the release of the Note 8’s successor.
Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean is supposed to deliver a bevy of new features for the gadget’s owners. Although the new Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 have been released, the new updates enables users of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 to enjoy updated features for their tablet.

Once the latest update is installed on Galaxy Note 8.0, users will have an improved level of performance through superior S Pen support, the daydream function and a lock-screen widget.

Samsung Galaxy Note 8, Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean update is now available in the U.K. and Germany and according to SammyHub will also be introduced into other regions as well.

Samsung says that the roll out began early August for Samsung Galaxy Note 8, with users from the U.K. and Germany as one of the first tablet owners to get the Android upgrade. .

The Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean update for the tablet could be picked up via Kies in Germany or through an Over The Air (OTA) update.
