The Real Housewives of New Jersey (RHONJ) star Teresa Giudice's husband Joe was spotted getting drunk at a New York City nightclub amidst marriage problems and impending jail time, Radar Online reports. 

"He was clearly bombed," a source told the site.

"His face was red, and though he was wearing a suit, he looked disheveled."

Joe's wife was absent from a recent television network event, Examiner reports, leaving many fans wondering if her jail sentencing and trail date controversy may have barred her from continuing with the show.

"Representing The Real Housewives of New Jersey were Melissa Gorga and Dina Manzo. The absence of Teresa Giudice was glaring since she is arguably the biggest star of the show and is the one housewife to remain from the very first season. According to a All About The Real Housewives article posted on Tuesday, May 20, Teresa was in fact invited but decided not to go," Examiner writes.

Teresa Giudice is refusing to press surrounding her 2014 jail time sentence and trial date, RealityTea.com reports.

RHONJ star is waiting until her July 8 sentencing to speak with reporters.

Teresa Giudice is preparing for an "exhaustive prison sentencing" proceeding, Radar Online reports.

"Joe and Teresa will be meeting with officials from the probation department and a report will be prepared for the judge to review at the July 8 sentencing hearing. The probation report will give the judge guidance as to what prison time if any Joe or Teresa will be sentenced to," a source told Radar.

"The couple will meet with officials separately. Joe is prepared to tell the probation department that he was the sole perpetrator in the crimes, and that Teresa had no knowledge."

Teresa Giudice celebrated her daughter Milania's First Communion at an "over the top" party as she awaits her trial date sentencing, a source told Radar Online, adding that she seemed unbothered by her impending jail time.

"Teresa and Joe put on a great game face," the source told Radar Online.

"You never would have known that they're about to be sentenced for their felony charges.  And you really wouldn't have known from the party."
