Grad Student Who Was About to Sue Against Psy's Free Concert Files Another Petition?

A graduate student Ko who earlier announced that she will file a lawsuit against Seoul Mayor and Psy and decided to drop the charges has now sent in a petition to the prosecution.

The grade student who became famous for speaking out against Psy's free concert at the Seoul Plaza in front of City Hall in last October, as she claimed the municipal government changed the another festival schedule at the last minute in order to accommodate Psy's concert at the expense of festival activities and participants has now filed a petition.

This time, petition is against party and government organization to protect artist and celebrities who share their honest opinion towards politics. She said "The government to sue against the artists and entertainer's honest opinions as public figure is to violate basic right of the people in the country of South Korea, about the freedom to express one's opinion to the public." The grade student requested to free out those who were sued by this acts immediately.

The graduate student that was criticized by Psy's fans is now ironically standing to protect the personal right of the artists' freedom to express their opinions.
