Scott Disick Paternity Test Results: Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick have a paternity test, and the result is that Scott is the father of Mason Disick, despite rumors and claims made by a model.  Kourtney and Scott have been in the spotlight over the paternity and cheating rumors.

Michael Girgenti claims that he and Keeping Up with the Kardashians star Kourtney had a romance in 2009 while she was on a break from long term boyfriend Scott Disick.  They met at a photoshoot.

Girgenti says that since the star's son Mason was born 9 months after their fling, that he might be the father and wants a paternity DNA test.  He filed a lawsuit Los Angeles County Superior Court asking for joint custody of Mason; he also asks a judge to order DNA tests to find out Mason's paternity.

Before taking the case to court, the Girgenti wrote a letter urging Kourtney Kardashian to take a DNA test without legal involvement: "My attentions [sic] are not to hurt the family you've created with Scott."

"Please take this final request for a DNA test seriously.  Because if you don't, I will be forced to take legal action and sue."

Well, Scott did take the paternity test seriously, and it turns out he is the father of Mason Disick.  However, the model still is fighting, and a spokesperson for the model said: "We don't trust the results and believe it could have been fixed."

"Still going to court to fight for court ordered results."

Kourtney had a few things to say about the paternity test scandal: "After three-and-a-half years of rumors and lies being spread by an individual I met briefly at a photo shoot, I am setting the record straight that Scott is Mason's father.

While it saddens me to have to address these ridiculous lies-especially when the truth was never in doubt-this story must be put to rest."

Kardashian's lawyer, Shawn Holley, wrote a letter to Girgenti, stating his allegations "false and defamatory".  A representative for Kardashian insisted, "Since the ... photoshoot, Kourtney never spoke with him, saw him nor met him again. Kourtney has never been alone with him, and Kourtney certainly has never physically/intimately been with Mr. Girgenti.

Keeping Up with the Kardashians has entailed  a lot of scandal and rumor lately.  There is alleged turmoil in all of the Kardashian relationships.  Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are dealing with a cheating rumor, and Kris and Bruce Jenner are dealing with rumors of possible divorce.  Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have dealt with speculation over their relationship as well, including speculation about why Kanye wasn't spending as much time with Kim before the birth of baby North West.
