Eminem New Album 2013: Plays New Single “Survival” At Slane Show

Eminem’s new album for 2013 still has a mystery release date and Eminem isn’t previewing anything we haven’t heard yet at his European shows. Eminem did play the new single “Survival” at his show in Slane. Eminem hasn’t lost his youthful rebellion and anger. Eminem started his mini-tour of European last Thursday and he is only dropping hints about what we’ll hear on Eminem’s new album for 2013. We’ve already heard the “Survival” track.

At Eminem’s show the other night, 80,000 fans braved the rain in Slane to hear Eminem deliver his hits and just the one tease of a new track from the upcoming Eminem new album for 2013, “Survival.” Eminem’s new track is heavy with hooks and a declaration of fighting back and taking one last chance. Eminem is not an artist to rest on his past accomplishments.

Sure Eminem continued to bash former President Bush, but his home town Detroit is awash in bankruptcy debt and so he has daily reminders of the havoc that president wrought. But Eminem still brings on the menace and the beats with songs like “Criminal,” “Fast Lanes,” “Lighters” 'My Name Is,” “The Real Slim Shady,” “Without Me” and the sinister “Stan.”

Eminem encored with “Lose Yourself.”

Eminem’s new album is expected to drop some time this fall. Eminem performed last week in New York City at G-Shock watch’s "Shock the World."

Here are the European tour dates:

Aug. 20 - Bellahouston Park in Glasgow, United Kingdom
Aug. 22 - State De France in St. Denis, France
