Kristen Stewart And Robert Pattinson Break Up: Rob To Focus On Music Career, Doesn’t Want To Be ‘Defined By “Twilight” Or Relationship With Kristen’

Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson are finding new ways to move past their break up. Robert will focus on his budding music career, while Kristen will attend UCLA for English Literature.

According to Hollywood Life, Rob, 27, is ready to focus on becoming a musician.

"Rob's number one priority right now is his career, in particular music," a source revealed to HollywoodLife.com.

"He's heavily invested in his music career and it will only be a matter of time that he has a number one hit on his hands. He's that talented and that passionate about making this happen. Rob is a very humble, deep, thoughtful person and music is his way of expressing his authentic self."

According to the website, Rob is looking for a career change to create some distance between himself and his relationship with his former "Twilight" co-star, Kristen Stewart.

"It's very important to him that he not be defined by the 'Twilight' movies, or his relationship with Kristen," the source added.

Rob is currently filming "Maps To The Stars," but he is also known for his guitar and singing talents.

The website reports that a 60-second clip was posted on YouTube of Rob playing the guitar while he sings a soulful song.

As previously reported by KpopStarz, Kristen Stewart recently enrolled at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) to study English Literature.

"Kristen's a Tinseltown actress worth millions but she is already considering a life after film. She never got to complete college and she wants to get a proper education," a source close to the star told The Daily Mirror, The IB Times reports.

"She is a voracious reader and cannot wait to get going on her correspondence course."

IB Times reports that the 23-year-old actress intends to juggle education with her acting commitments.

"It won't be easy," the source continued, "and it will mean putting in some fairly strenuous hours. But once she's graduated, Kristen will be able to do almost anything she wants, in or out of Hollywood." 

Looks like despite their differences and painful break up, Rob and Kristen are still on the same wavelength and hope to invest time in areas other than acting.
