Rihanna Makes Out With A$AP Rocky As Chris Brown Probation Gets Reinstated: Did RiRi Cheat On 'Fine China' Singer Earlier This Year?

Chris Brown and Rihanna may be over, but the "Fine China" singer is still reeling from the 2009 assault incident.

According to Yahoo News, the hit-and-run charges against Chris Brown have been dismissed on Thursday by the L.A. County judge, but the L.A. District Attorney is still attesting that Chris Brown violated his probation terms.

Chris Brown's probation comes from the 2009 incident with Rihanna, and because of the District Attorney claiming Brown submitted false community service records, has resulted in a probation reinstatement.

Reportedly, Brown has the option between highway cleanup, beach cleanup, probation alternative work services, or graffiti removal.

And while Chris Brown pays his penance for Rihanna, the Barbadian singer is busy moving on to another guy.

According to Fashion N' Style, Rihanna was spotted with A$AP Rocky "making out in NYC in the early hours of the morning while filming a music video together."

This is not the first time Rihanna and A$AP Rocky have been linked romantically together.

Earlier this year, while Rihanna and Chris Brown were still reconciled, rumors were already swirling about the pair.

"Yeah, I expected people to say that me and Rihanna were sleeping around," said A$AP Rocky in April. "We're just cool."

"Man dudes be tryin' to front like they tappin' Rihanna's a** and all that, but they don't be hittin' it. I ain't hittin' it either. I'm just cool with her. I don't even look at her like that. She's sexy, but I'm good."

But it looks like now that Chris Brown is out of the picture, maybe A$AP Rocky is finally making the move on Rihanna.
