Legend Of Korra Book 2 Premiere To Be One Hour? Episode 1 And 2 To Air Back-To-Back September 13?
With "The Legend of Korra" Book 2 confirmed to premiere on September 13, rumors are swirling that the season 2 opener will actually be a one-hour premiere.
Sources first picked up on this rumor from Twitter user Nick And More, who has been known to leak reliable "Legend of Korra" spoilers before. Yesterday, the following tweet came out.
Legend of Korra's premiere on Sept. 13 will be an hour-long (episodes "Rebel Spirit" and "The Southern Lights"). Single new eps starts 9/20.

So, it appears that rather than the Book 2 premiere episode "Rebel Spirit" being one hour, the season premiere might also air the second episode, "The Southern Lights" to make up the one-hour timeslot.
Nick And More is also the source that leaked the rumor that the "Legend of Korra" Book 2 episode 2 title will be "The Southern Light," and episode 3 and 4 will presumably make "Civil Wars (Parts 1 & 2).

Since the source of these "Legend of Korra" rumors have not been revealed, it cannot be taken literally. However, as noted by ATLA Online, Nick And More is a typically reliable source of information.
If this Book 2 premiere rumor turns out to be true, it seems fans don't need to worry, as a new "Legend of Korra" episode should air the following, presumably episode 3.
Certainly, this is good news for "The Legend of Korra" fans. Given the long wait between Book 1 and Book 2, getting a double dose of the series is a nice reward.
