Beyonce New Album 2013: Music Video Filmed In Miami? With World Tour But No Record, Will Promotion Suffer In The Future?

Beyonce is having a bit of a transition year, but it seems her new album 2013 may be arriving still with an alleged music video shot in Miami.

As previously reported, Beyonce has allegedly scrapped her entire new album, which included potential hitters from Diplo, Ryan Tedder, The-Dream, Sia, Diane Warren, and Ne-Yo.

But, as noted by Billboard.com, Beyonce is currently on a massive world tour, which was initially planned to coincide with her new album that was to be released in the spring of 2013.

Now, as the tour continues to much success, fans are concerned there won't be time to finish, or indeed restart, her new album.

Most recently, however, Beyonce was spotted at Golden Beach in Miami, where the pop star supposedly filmed a new music video, according to Atlanta Blackstar.

However, despite such reports, the music video could be for another ad campaign, or perhaps, the video for her husband Jay Z's "Part II (On The Run) Feat. Beyonce," a collaboration track for the couple.

But, fans are still hoping that this may be a sign that Beyonce's new album will be out in 2013, and preferably sooner rather than later.

Another concern over the delay of her new album is that with such a massive world tour that is costing a lot of money to produce, promotion for her new album will be much smaller in scale once the time come for the release.
