New Eminem Album 2013: European Tour Ends Sunday, Back To Business For Anticipated CD [VIDEO} Will Rapper Turn Into Dr. Dre With Detox?

New Eminem album 2013: With the Detroit rappers European tour wrapping up Sunday, it means getting down to business for the eighth-studio album can get done.

With the release of "Survival" as a track on the new album, Eminem doesn't want his fans to become like Dr. Dre fans for the past decade-plus. It is 2013 and Dre hasn't put out a solo-album since 2001. Everyone has been waiting for "Detox" for 12 years and it still hasn't happened.

The single "Survival," which was used as the promo for "Call of Duty: Ghost," is one step on the way to an album worth of new music for Eminem. His fans have waited since 2010 for a solo-album and 2013 is supposed to be the year for it.

The song was produced by DJ Khalil, who had four tracks on Eminem's "Recovery" disc and also has created hits for the likes of 50 Cent and Jay-Z. His work on Eminem's last solo-album included "Talkin' to Myself," "Won't Back Down," "25 to Life" and "Almost Famous."

The female vocalist heard on "Survival" is Liz Rodrigues, who worked with Eminem on "Recovery," his manager Paul Rosenberg confirmed.

Fans can still be nervous, even with this single. Eminem, like Dre, is a perfectionist. The Compton rapper has put out singles over the last few years after producing albums for Eminem, The Game, 50 Cent and more.

Dre would put out singles like "Under Pressure," featuring Jay-Z and "I need a Doctor," featuring Eminem. This was in 2010 and two years earlier, Snoop Dogg told Rolling Stone that Detox was finished, yet five years later, it still isn't in stores.

Eminem headlines the United Kingdom's Reading Festival Aug. 24 and Leeds Festival Aug. 25, which will be the end of his European tour.
