One Direction Concert Summons 18,000 To TODAY Show: Niall Announces 'I'm Pregnant' Amongst 'Twerk For Me Harry' Sign!
Boy band One Direction is taking over the Toyota Concert Series at the TODAY Show, and more than a few people showed up.
"It seems to me this is the biggest crowd we've ever had," said Al Roker according to Today.com.
An estimated 18,000 showed up at the Rockefeller Center today to watch One Direction perform for the concert series, and the hashtag #1DTODAY is trending on Twitter.

On Instagram, the boys of One Direction gave Directioners backstage access with some exclusive photos prior to the TODAY Show concert, to the delight of fans.

A joke, no doubt, but with Zayn Malik reportedly getting engaged to pop singer Perrie Edwards at 20, it seemed the truly hot topics are strictly off limits.
"Zayn and Perrie are engaged, but any further detail regarding their relationship is private," One Direction's label representative told People.
"They got engaged on Sunday and it was absolutely lovely... " said Perrie Edwards mother Debbie Duffy.
"It's wonderful because Zayn's absolutely gorgeous and Perrie loves him to pieces and it's just perfect. They just get on so well together and they understand each other so it's just fabulous!"
Despite the tragic news for many Directioners, this didn't seem to dampen the One Direction concert atmosphere today.
