JR Smith Parties With Ex-Flame Rihanna In NYC; JR Drives Armored Car To Protect Himself From Chris Brown Posse?

JR Smith was seen in a party attended by his ex-flame Rihanna and recently, he was seen driving around in an armored car, similar to the The Rock's vehicle in the Fast and Furious.

At the exclusive 48 Club in New York, Rihanna arrived first and shortly after, JR Smith, the New York Knicks guard followed, along with fellow NBA superstar Kevin Durant.

It is not the first time that they have met each other in the same club, and it is highly unlikely that it's a coincidence. People close to both parties claim that they have always been 'friendly' even after their split in early 2012.

However, during the course of the recently concluded NBA Playoffs, Rihanna openly criticized JR Smith for his lack of professionalism. Rihanna blamed JR Smith's dismal play to his partying habit, even during game nights.

There was no public reconciliation after that minor social media spat, but it seems like they have kissed and made up. There were no witnesses, though.

A couple of days later, JR Smith was seen driving around New York in an armored car. It's the same model as the one in Fast Five, driven by Dwayne Johnson's character. The military type vehicle that costs around 450,000$ was since confirmed to belong to rap group Slow Bucks Over Everything (SBOE). It's not a purchase to protect himself from Chris Brown as some parties suggest.
