A Grand Theft Auto 5 pre-load file leak suggests its October 1 release date version will be a 18GB download, according to VG24/7.

If the game is indeed a 18GB download as shown on the GTAforums, then it's no wonder Rockstar made some of the files available early, VG24/7 also reports.

Rockstar has released a new trailer online, showing off a range of activities, from team skydiving to shootouts, but Grand Theft Auto 5 will also allow users to build Minecraft-like racetracks around the city.

The game's racetrack-building feature is rumored to draw in millions of fans of the block placing game.

While Grand Theft Auto 5 is expected to launch September 17 for the Playstation 3 and the Xbox 360.
