Jon Gosselin Sued By Kate Gosselin For Hacking Computer, Stealing Material For Tell-All Book, "Damaging Her Reputation"

Jon Gosselin is being sued by his ex-wife Kate Gosselin in a heap of dramazzz rarely seen even on reality TV.

The federal  lawsuit filed by Kate Gosselin alleges her ex-husband Jon Gosselin hacked into her phone and computer and stole her hard drive to get material for a tell-all book.

The book, Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled the World," was to be a ridiculously gossipy exposure from Kate, but it died in the water because the information therein had been obtained illegally (read: stolen).

The book was written in 2012 by Jon Gosselin's friend and business partner, tabloid writer Robert Hoffman, according to the lawsuit.

Kate Gosselin's lawsuit accuses Jon Gosselin of wiretapping, identity theft, and invasion of privacy; it seeks unspecified damages.

"Jon violated a federal anti-hacking statute in order to publish salacious, scandalous and defamatory information about Kate," said her lawyer A. Jordan Rushie. "It's damaged her reputation."

Hahahaaaa, wait, Kate Gosselin has a good reputation? Comedic gold.
