Lindsay Lohan-Matt Nordgren Dating, Have Broken Up Already: Nordgren "Trying To Keep Her Sober"

Lindsay Lohan and Matt Nordgren were dating...but the two have already broken up.

We didn't even know that LiLo had a boyfriend-but apparently, she and Nordgren are spiltsville already.

Matt Nordgren and Lindsay have broken up, but Nordgren thinks Lindsay's "back on track" as far as, you know, the drugs and the crazy and so on.

The two allegedly broke up because dating long distance was just too difficult.

A source said, "Their work schedules and the distance just make dating impossible... He really likes and respects her. He thinks she is back on top, emotionally and physically."

Nordgren, the businessman and former college football player, have been friends for years. He wanted to support Lindsay through her struggles, he said.

"We've hung out... But I have been a friend trying to support her for many years now."

And, a source said, he supports Lohan's "sobriety and wishes her the absolute best."

However, another source blamed personality conflicts for the breakup. Lindsay may just be too wild for Matt.

"He's older, a successful businessman, and he has been a great friend to her... He's also a Christian and won't drink around her. He's trying to keep her sober and on the straight and narrow. He's really good for her."
