Upcoming Android Phones 2013: HTC One Max Leaks Once More In Chinese Certification Center Images

HTC is known for reusing recent designs which have been proven to become key elements in the success of its products. And with the HTC One's highly-acclaimed metal chassis, the Taiwanese manufacturer rejoins the phablet wars with one of its upcoming Android phones for 2013.

Rumors surrounding HTC's One Max has been in the news for several weeks already, and with the IFA event and Apple's iPhone release done, it's now time for the Android phone pioneer to make its mark before the year ends.

Several leaked images of the HTC One Max have been spotted on China's Tenaa, which is the equivalent for the FCC in the US. The images confirm the metal body which it borrowed from the HTC One, as well as the fingerprint scanner located at the back of the phablet.

If you have not been reading the rumor mill lately, the HTC One Max is rumored to sport a 5.9" screen with 1080 resolution, either a Snapdragon 600 or Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, Adreno 320 GPU, and the controversial Ultrapixel camera from the One.

It is still unclear at the moment if the phablet will have optical image stabilization (OIS) for better photo processing.

According to rumors, the phablet may hit the stores in October with a price tag of about $800.
