Lindsay Lohan’s Sister Ashley Horn Drops $25,000 for Plastic Surgery to Look Like Her Stellar Sibling; 'I'm Hotter Than Lindsay!'

Lindsay Lohan’s half sister plunked down $25,000 on plastic surgery to look just like her famous sister.

Ashley Horn hopes that looking like her older sister Lindsay Lohan will catapult her to fame in her own Hollywood career.

Lohan’s sister told In Touch magazine, “I'm hotter than Lindsay. I have no problem saying that. My goal was to look like Lindsay in her good days, when she was around 18, 19 years old.”

While she may want to look like her stellar sibling, Ashley says that’s where the similarities to Lindsay Lohan will end. She told In Touch, “I'm not Lindsay. I wasn't raised in that family. I don't drink, do drugs or party. I like being a responsible person.”

The 18-year-old Ashley Horn and Lindsay Lohan have the same father, but that’s apparently not enough of a connection with the “Mean Girls” star. Ashley Horn has never had a relationship with Lindsay Lohan. The public didn’t know that Lindsay Lohand had a half sister until 2011 after it came out that Ashley's mother Kristi had a secret affair with Lindsay Lohan's father Michael while he was still married to Dina Lohan, his ex-wife.

Lindsay Lohan’s father, Michael says Ashley’s mother is behind the latest attention-grabbing move. “I suspect Kristi is behind the decision for Ashley to undergo all this surgery purely for publicity purposes.

The crazy thing is Kristi is constantly complaining that she’s broke and yet she manages to pay out $25,000 for her 18-year-old daughter to undergo cosmetic surgery when it’s totally unneeded. I don’t know what is going through her head to do something like this… but if she thinks for some twisted reason it might help bring Ashley closer to Lindsay I can say for definite that it won’t—it will just push her further away.'

Lindsay Lohan’s father says Ashley’s new look is “sick and twisted.” He told Popdust Magazine, “It’s disgusting and totally crazy! It’s totally shocking. Why on earth would she do something like this? It’s just sick and twisted. She’s only 18 years old and she’s undergoing plastic surgery? She was a really pretty girl in her own right, why would she do something like this?'

Michael Lohan said he has no contact with Ashley since he had a fight with her mother Kristi, “Kristi is constantly trying to thrust Ashley into the limelight. When it was confirmed I was Ashley’s father Kristi wanted Ashley to meet up with Lindsay and Ali—but she never mentioned anything about their brothers Michael and Cody, she was only interested in Lindsay and Ali, because they’re famous and she wants Ashley to be a star.”

Lindsay Lohan’s sister went through five procedures, to try and obtain Lindsay's unique look, including a nose job and several fillers.

Ashley Horn told In Touch Magazine “'I've gotten rhinoplasty, a bit of refinement underneath my cheeks and jawline, some fat injected into my chin and some fat injected into my upper cheeks.”

Ashley Horn went to plastic surgeon Dr. Franklin Rose, who is based out of Houston, to copy the look that Lindsay Lohan had at the height of her fame.

TMZ reported that Lindsay Lohan, who has never met Ashley, has no hard feelings towards her wannabe half sister, but wants nothing to do with her father’s circus of a life. Lindsay Lohan side stepped any questions about Ashley Horn in an interview on “Good Morning America” in 2011. When asked about her half sister, Lindsay Lohan said “I didn’t even hear that, so thanks for the news.”
