Nexus 10 2 Release Date Rumors: Google’s Next-Gen 10 Inch Tablet With LTE Connectivity Arriving On October 14, A Day Ahead Of iPad 5 Unveiling?

Emerging rumors about Nexus 10 2 release date are strongly indicating that the upcoming 10-inch tablet from Google may arrive around mid-October.

As reported on International Business Times, Google Nexus 10 2 release date may happen particularly on October 14. If this rumor will pan out, Nexus 10 2 release schedule will be one day ahead than Apple's alleged plan for the unveiling of its next-generation tablet devices, the iPad 5 and the iPad Mini 2.

Moreover, it is also expected that aside from the unleashing of Nexus 10 2, other Google products will also arrive on October 14, which is the Nexus 5 and the Android 4.4 KitKat. It is also reported that Asus is the one in charge for the creation of Nexus 10 2, because of the huge success acquired by the Nexus 7 and Nexus 7 2. The current version of the Nexus 10 was made by Samsung.

It is also anticipated that after the Nexus 10 2 release date in mid-October, the Google tablet will be available on the Google Play Store.

Aside from reports about Google Nexus 10 2 release date, there are also rumors emerging regarding the potential specs of the upcoming tablet. Nexus 10 2, with improved design, may also sport features such as larger internal storage and an expandable storage through a MicroSD slot.

Even more interesting, Nexus 10 2 may have LTE connectivity, a feature not currently available on the current generation of 10-inch Nexus tablet. Other possible Nexus 10 2 specs to find on the tablet are Snapdragon 800 processor, 2 GB of RAM and 2560 X 1600 screen resolution. The device is also expected to come pre-loaded with Google's upcoming operating system, the Android 4.4 KitKat.

Google has not made any official statements yet regarding these reports about Nexus 10 2 release date, thus, they remain to be rumors and should all be taken with a pinch of salt.
