First, despite it not being confirmed for Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, it is very likely the Hoenn remakes will incorporate addition Mega Evolutions. Given that Blaziken and Absol of the Hoenn Pokedex already have Mega Evolutions, it stands to reason others will join it in a new Pokemon game.
