Free Games For Xbox Live Gold Members: Saints Row The Third Available For 0 Microsoft Point Until May 31; Games With Gold Program To Expand For Xbox One Users In June
One of the free games for Xbox Live Gold members this May is "Saints Row: The Third."
The action-adventure video game, with a download size of 6.86 GB, is the second and the last free games for Xbox Live Gold members this month. Saints Row: The Third is originally priced at £14.99 or $19.99 at Xbox marketplace.
Saints Row: The Third replaced the first of the free games for Xbox Live Gold members for this month, which is Dust: An Elysian Tail, available for subscribers for 0 Microsoft Points from May 1 - 15, as mentioned on Gamespot.
A review from Computer And Video Games website stated that Saints Row: The Third is "wildly imaginative and frequently entertaining", but that "a lack of technical polish and weak combat overshadow its achievements". Saints Row: The Third was released in the market on May 2012.
The free games for Xbox Live Gold members is under Microsoft's program called Games With Gold. Particularly, 2 free games for Xbox Live Gold members will be available each month, the first one arriving on the first day of the month, and the second one on the 16th. Currently, free games for Xbox Live Gold members are available only for Xbox 360 users. "
However, this coming month, Games With Gold program will expand for Xbox One users. It was announced that in June, free games for Xbox Live Gold members will include Xbox One titles namely "Max: The Curse of The Brotherhood" and "Halo: Spartan Assault," as posted on Examiner.
Other free games for Xbox Live Gold members next month are Xbox 360 games "Dark Souls, "Charlie Murder" and "Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition."
