WWDC 2014: Apple Expected To Reveal iOS 8, Mac OS X 10.10 And New Hardware On Monday, June 2; Watch The Event Via Live Streaming!

WWDC 2014 is already set to happen next week and Apple fans all over the world can watch it via live streaming!

Great news for Apple fans who cannot attend the WWDC 2014 event in Moscone West in San Francisco, California - the Cupertino-based tech giant announced that it will hold a live stream event for the keynote address.

According to a post on International Business Times, the WWDC 2014 live stream will begin at 10 AM PDT / 1 PM EDT on Monday, June 2. The WWDC live streaming will only be available for those with Safari installed on their Mac OSX 10.6 or later versions, Quicktime for Windows, or iOS 4.2 or recent OS.

Furthermore, the iPhone maker will also setup a WWDC 2014 channel on Apple TV where people can also watch the company's keynote address. But in order to view the WWDC live stream, the users need to have the second or third-generation of the Apple TV installed with iOS 5 or later.

With the upcoming WWDC 2014, Apple is expected to make several announcements regarding new softwares such as the iOS 8 and the Mac OS X 10.10.

The Inquirer.net reported the the iOS 8 will focus more on fitness. Similar to Samsung Galaxy S5 S Health App, Apple is expected to bring in an app with its iOS 8 that will allow the users to "track their steps, calorie intake and heart rate." Furthermore, this iOS 8 feature could also be paired with the iWatch device, another rumored device from Apple.

Another software that might be launched during the WWDC 2014 is the Mac OS X 10.10. Reportedly, there will be huge changes in the design, according to a leaked image posted on MacWorld. Accordingly, Apple redesigned its Mac OS X to reflect the "flat" design now found on its latest mobile operating system.

In addition to software updates, tech fans are also looking forward to new set of hardware that Apple will reveal during the WWDC 2014. Rumor has it that the highly-talked about iPhone 6 will be unveiled during the event on Monday.

Furthermore, according to Ming-Chi, an analyst from KGI Securities, an iPhone 5S with 8 GB capacity will also be launched to join the 8 GB iPhone 5C that Apple previously revealed.

Apple might also show a 12-in Macbook Air, as well as the company's first Macbook Air with Retina display.
