Android 4.4.3 KitKat Release Date: Firmware To Launch This June? Update Now Being Tested On Samsung Galaxy S5 and Galaxy S4 LTE-A

The rumor mill for Android 4.4.3 KitKat release date rumors is still churning.

Previous rumors about the Android 4.4.3 KitKat release date suggested that it may arrive this month. However, May is already about to end and there is no official sightings yet of the Android 4.4.3 KitKat.

There are also reports about Android 4.4.3 KitKat release date suggesting the possibility that it will be available on various Nexus devices this June, especially, since Google is set to hold its annual developer's conference, the I/O Conference, next month.

Google I/O Developer Conference 2014 is scheduled from June 25 to 26 in San Francisco, California.

Aside from the Nexus devices, the Android 4.4.3 KitKat update is also expected to roll out on Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini LTE, Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini LTE,, Galaxy Note 3 Neo, Galaxy Mega 5.8, Galaxy Grand 2 and Galaxy Mega 6.3, as listed on Android International Business Times, citing a leaked document from the South Korean tech-manufacturer.

Users of Moto E, Motorola Moto G, Sony Xperia Z Ultra and LG G Pad 8.3 might also experience the Android 4.4.3 KitKat update once it becomes available.

Moreover, a recent report mentioned that the Android 4.43 Kitkat update, with build number KTU70, is now being tested on Samsung Galaxy S5, particularly on the Exynos and Snapdragon variants of the device, with model number SM-G900H and SM-G-900F respectively. The news came from SamMobile's insider.

In addition to the Galaxy S5 models, the Samsung Galaxy S4 LTE-A (GT-I9506A) is also currently being tested with Android 4.4.3 KitKat update.
