Khloe Kardashian Yacht Party: Kim Kardashian's little sister Khloe Kardashian and family celebrated her 30th birthday in New York City at a lavish yacht party on Friday, June 27.

Khloe Kardashian was accompanied by her family Kendall, Kylie, Kim and Kourtney Kardashian, and her mom Kris Jenner and her still-mystery-boyfriende French Montana. But Rob Kardashian wasn't in for the swim. For Khloe Kardashian's bash, Kim Kardashian showed off her gorgeous legs and ample cleavage in a sexy corset.

Khloe Kardashian celebrated her Dirty 30 on the yacht the Utopia III where she was lavished with tons of gifts on the Hudson River. Khloe Kardashian's yacht party was reportedly the second of three birthday bashes for Khloe. The first birthday bash was held on Thursday at Don Coqui restaurant on City Island in The Bronx, Her rapper boyfriend French Montana got her a brand new 4x4 white Jeep and some jewelry.

Among the birthday gifts at the yacht party were three luxury items by Montana: a $50,000 4x4 white Jeep Wrangler Sahara, a $25,000 18-karat Colombian emerald ring with yellow canary diamonds, and two customized grills.

Khloe shared a picture of a grill with diamonds on Instagram.

While she was in New York, sister Kim Kardashian took in some real estate. Kim and Kendall Jenner looked at a $21 million apartment owned by Jared Kushner, husband of Ivanka Trump. The building is in the Soho neighborhood of NYC.
