"Revenge" season 4 spoilers are up and Emily Thorne seems to be moving on from Aiden's death as she will reportedly meet a new love interest, but it's not going to be Jack. Meanwhile, David Clarke's return will spell a lot of trouble for the show's heroine.

The site TVLine dished out "Revenge" season 4 spoilers when it quoted a source as saying that the new love interest for Emily Thorne is "a childhood friend of Jack's who has a touch of PTSD (post-traumatic syndrome) from his military days."

"He decides to make his short-term visit to the Hamptons permanent after something life-changing happens to Jack, then makes fast friends with a number of the locals - including Em," the source said.

In the season three finale, Victoria killed Aiden and was committed to a mental institution as a result.

Showrunner Aaron Harberts revealed "Revenge" season 4 spoilers during the ATX Television Festival when he said that the show will take off from what Emily told Nolan during season three that she doesn't know who Amanda Clarke is anymore.

"She's really got to start confronting who Amanda Clarke is," Harberts said, according to Variety.

Co-executive producer Gretchen Berg chimed in as she said that that line was a "great way to impact not just Emily's world, but everybody on the show."

The showrunners also confirmed that alleged terrorist David Clarke's return will "cause a lot of problems" since he is "the common denominator" between Emily and Victoria, the publication added.

However, Victoria won't just go away easily just because she's in a mental institution, as Harberts revealed "Revenge" season 4 spoilers particularly on Victoria finding her way out.

"She's done terrible things, she's obviously a very wounded and messed up character, but at the end of the day, when she manages to get out, she's going to be setting her sights on Emily," Aaron Harberts said, adding that Victoria is "gonna be pissed, and she'll come out swinging."
