Stephenie Meyer has "thought" of writing a new "Twilight" book concentrating on the Jacob Black and Renesmee Cullen story. She even revealed that she already has outlined the story and have some parts of it written.
In an interview with Hypable, the author was asked whether fans of the saga would get a chance to know what happened to the imprinted pair after "Breaking Dawn" and she said that she somehow worked on the said story in the past.
"Oh yeah, there's an outline," she told the source above. "There's several chapters written. It was something that I was working on before 'Breaking Dawn' came out."
The "Twilight" creator did not flat out say though that she was going to continue writing about it and publish it soon.
"And that would be the story, if I went there," she pointed out when told that fans have been raring for a Jacob Black and Renesmee Cullen update. "If I went on with it. So I'm not going to tell you on the off chance that I do."
It was only last month when Stephenie Meyer took Twihards by surprise by publishing a gender-swap version of Edward Cullen and Bella Swan -- an idea that actress Kristen Stewart has also thought of three years ago.
Despite the release of "Life and Death: Twilight Reimagined," fans were still yearning for the Edward Cullen-driven story "Midnight Sun" that she has yet to publish after it got leaked years ago. Now, she admitted that she was still "working on it."
"I hope so," she told Hypable about publishing "Midnight Sun" one day. "Like I said, I hit a snag with something that didn't work quite right."
While fans await the future of the new "Twilight" saga books, Stephenie Meyer said she will also be releasing a thriller. The book is currently on its editing phase.
