Bindi Irwin is getting her paycheck from "Dancing With The Stars" amid reports of her court battle.
According to Star Pulse, the daughter of "The Crocodile Hunter" star Steve Irwin will definitely get paid.
The report revealed that "the whole 'DWTS' paycheck issue is just a delay, and the 17-year-old daughter of the late Crocodile Hunter Steve Irwin will soon take home a rather hefty paycheck."
Based on the report of TMZ, the Australian actress, who has been consistent in snatching high scores in the ABC dancing reality show, will be enjoying a fat pay of $230,000 for her eights weeks in the show.
This figure of Bindi Irwin's expected talent fee from "Dancing With The Stars" includes the guaranteed $125,000 for signing up, $10,000 each for making it to weeks 3 and 4, $15,000 for week 5, $20,000 each for weeks 6 and 7 and $30,000 week 8.
And if she makes it to week 9, she will get another $30,000, while for weeks 10 and 11 she is assured of $50,000 each time.
Rumors that Bindi Irwin may not be getting her expected pay made headlines when her "Dancing With The Stars" contract "got rejected because a judge needs proof her dad is dead." It has been known that her father died nine years ago after he was attacked by a stingray.
"It's unclear if the judge is unaware Steve died in 2006, or if she's just a stickler for a death certificate," the report said.
Her mom, Terri Irwin, already signed a waiver stating that she will not take any of the income that her daughter will make in the show.
In the meantime, the "Return to Nim's Island" star shared a snap of her with her parents on Instagram.
"How blessed I am that these are my childhood memories," she captioned her post, which was believed to be taken inside the zoo.
