Nathan Griffith has called on Child Protection Services to check on his son with "Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans amid concerns about the new man she's dating.
As reported by Radar Online, Griffith reportedly called on Child Protection Services with claims that he was not told Evans would be leaving their son behind as she went on Holiday with new man, David Eason.
The CPS and the cops apparently got into action at once to check on the child but did not see anything wrong.
"Nathan did call CPS and the cops on Jenelle," an insider told the source above. "They checked on Kaiser and both CPS and the cops said everything is fine."
The cops apparently also found out that Griffith did not have custody of Kaiser and decided to just talk to Evans as soon as she came back from her vacation.
Nathan Griffith has been showing some concern with Jenelle Evans' new boyfriend, David Eason.
"Nathan is absolutely worried about Jenelle dating David and him being so close to [their son] Kai[ser]," an insider told Radar as quoted by InTouch Weekly. "Nathan wants Kai to grow up safely and this guy doesn't seem like a good guy."
In an interview with RumorFix, the "Teen Mom 2" star also came to David Eason's defense in connection with his criminal past.
"We all have a past and have gotten in trouble before, he's a great guy and wish everyone would stop judging him," she told the source above in September. "I'm a great person and have more mug shots than him so I don't want to hear it!"
Jenelle Evans and Nathan Griffith broke up just last month.
"I just want my family together, and I'm sick of starting new relationships," Evans said back then as she opened up about their failed relationship as cited by People magazine. "I want to settle down forever."
