'Mass Effect 4: Andromeda' Release Date Announced, Commander Shepard Gives Final Send Off In New Trailer

“Mass Effect 4: Andromeda” release date sees light.

"I think it's fair to say that's a hallmark of BioWare, and it's a hallmark certainly of the Mass Effect franchise and something we'd never stray away from, “ said Mac Walters, Creative Director of BioWare, in an interview with Arstechnica.

Walters says this, as the games general design will be very much like “Mass Effect 3.” In a sense, the game will still aim to cultivate in-game friendships. However, “Andromeda” will be featuring a whole new adventure, a whole new set of characters, as well as, a great story.

"We’re very lucky that there’s something about Mass Effect which does pull people in a unique way," said Bioware Montreal Studio Manager Aaryn Flynn in Arstechnica.

"It’s a bunch of things that just come together really well, and we have a big responsibility to keep that going for fans."

A “Mass Effect 4” official video teaser titled “N7 Day 2015” is designed specifically for the fans, reported Eurogamer.

The video starts off with a live-action sequences, thanks to NASA, that showed the history of human space flight before pulling back into another scenario where a ship floating just outside of the Milky Way.

While the video is eye-catching, fans were quick to notice that Commander Shepard is the voice behind the narration. There is nothing much that Shepard does apart from giving the previous “Mass Effect” story a final send off as a new game will be coming soon.

Shepard’s parting words in the teaser were “Know that wherever you you, we will be with you.”

The “Mass Effect 4: Andromeda” release date is still up in the air as there is no officially announced date as to when the game will be officially released.

While there is already a “Mass Effect 4: Andromeda” release date, there is reportedly no actors casted for the game yet.
