Nonito Donaire Next Fight Against Cesar Juarez; What Can Fans Expect From The 'Filipino Flash'?

Nonito "The Filipino Flash" Donaire next fight will be against young Mexican boxer Cesar Juarez and he will try to keep his streak going.

The match is at 122-pound catchweight in the junior featherweight division as Donaire will try to make it three victories in a row following a round 2 knock-out victory against Anthony Settoul.

This watch will also be for the vacant WBO Super Bantamweight Title and Donaire's camp said that they are ready for the fight.

"As much as physically, there's still a lot to improve. But mentally, we are right there. We are studying fights, we are doing a lot of stuff and we can say we're prepared for the fight," he said via ABS-CBN news (translated from Filipino).

Moreover, his father, Nonito Donaire Sr. said that his son has changed a lot since last time as he is more obedient to their instructions.

"The beauty of the situation is that Nonito has changed a lot. It is a lot easier to teach him now unlike before and his mentality is way different than before," said Donaire Sr. "Before, he was a bit stubborn but he is a changed man now."

"Now, he is doing his best to get his strength and speed back. His strength is there but the speed is something we need to work on. The biggest difference was that before, he waits to get hit before he makes a counter, but now, he really does his best to avoid punches." said Donaire's father.

Donaire, also puts all the glory to the Lord and said that he thanks him for all that he has attained until now.

"It's a very, very humbling experience."
