Black Friday doorbusters has been a big deal to shoppers every year and has been anticipated this 2015. But this year, one store has said farewell to the anticipated event.
As reported by USA Today, Walmart will not be offering hourly deals to their customers this year. Instead, they will dump the deals all at the same time to make shopping easier and more manageable for their clients.
"Our plan is fundamentally, make shopping easier for our customers," Walmart's chief merchandising officer Steve Bratspies revealed to the source above. "It's about deals, it's about availability and it's about simplicity."
"We're going to make it easier when you get to the store to find what you want and hopefully get through it a little quicker," Walmart US CEO Greg Foran explained.
According to officials, they have also improved their online app to let shoppers directly purchase items from the discount announcements. They will also be bringing back their one-hour guarantee wherein shoppers in line before stores open will be assured that they will be able to buy "an iPad Air 2, Beats headphones, an Xbox One, an HP Touch laptop and a 55-inch LG TV."
Walmart stores will open its doors at 6pm and online deals will be made available come midnight of the big shopping day.
While Walmart strategizes with a revamped Black Friday doorbusters 2015, Target will be beefing up its moves as well. As reported by ABC News, the retail store will be offering discounts as soon as the big shopping day week begins. They will also let customers pre-order doobuster deals to make shopping easier.
But for those who still want to snag some Black Friday doorbusters 2015 without having to line up and storm the stores itself, Amazon UK has been offering lightning deals as reported by Huffington Post.
