Ronda Rousey Knew Holly Holm Knockout Ahead Of Fight? Listen To Her Prediction!

Ronda Rousey apparently knew that Holly Holm would defeat her during their Sunday fight in Melbourne, Australia. But the knockout from "The Preacher's Daughter" still seemed to have stunned "The Arm Collector."

As reported by USA Today, the former UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion was interviewed on the "Tonight Show" by Jimmy Fallon last month and she reportedly predicted that "The Preacher's Daughter" will surprise her with an attack prior to their fight.

At the time though, "The Arm Collector" assured her fans that "The Preacher's Daughter" had no chance of knocking her out.

"She's the type of fighter you have to be very patient with," Ronda Rousey told Jimmy Fallon on the "Tonight Show" about Holly Holm. "She's going to try to keep distance and keep far away from me and keep me frustrated and to the point where I'll make a mistake and she'll try to kick me in the head - but it's not going to go like that."

"She's a nice chick," Rousey also said. "She's a nice chick that's gonna lose."

But that's what exactly happened though during the UFC 193 on Sunday. As told by Fox Sports, during the second round of the fight, "The Preacher's Daughter" swerved a direct hit on "The Arm Collector's" head knocking her out on the floor.

Rousey's defeat was a surprise to both the world and Holm as the latter was proclaimed the new UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion. Holm immediately said she was open for a rematch.

"I have been on the losing side of a fight and wanted to avenge my loss," the new champ said as quoted by The Sydney Morning Herald. "So for a champion like Ronda, who has gone out of her way to do great things, absolutely, she deserves a rematch."

Rousey stayed at a hospital overnight following her defeat according to ESPN. "The Arm Collector" though took to Instagram and said she will bounce back.

"I appreciate the concerns about my health, but I'm fine," she wrote. "As I had mentioned before, I'm going to take a little bit of time, but I'll be back."
