U.S. Gears Up For ‘Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon’ Nov. 20 Release; Game’s First Commercial Aired

"Pokemon" fans in North America have a reason to smile these days as "Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon" is already available for pre-load in the area.

Pre-loading will allow users to immediately play the game once it is released online in the U.S. on Nov. 20, according to Geek Snack.

Aside from the pre-load option, those who have digitally purchased "Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon" will also get a free Nintendo 3DS home menu theme which would be available till Dec. 6.

"Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon," which is a spin-off of the mainline "Pokemon" game, has already been released in Japan.

In its review of "Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon" last September, Fumitsu magazine awarded the game a cumulative score of 36/40 wherein each of the 4 reviewers gave it a 9.

"Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon" is the tenth in the series of the same title and the seventh to be released in the West.

The game features all 720 "Pokemon" characters and contains new gameplay features that have not been made available in the popular franchise's previous titles.

These features include a new Progress Device which allows saving inside dungeons, as well as items that can be used more than once such as Wands.

"Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon" also includes the Mega Evolution forms for select "Pokemon," and a Jukebox feature which allows players to listen to music from the main "Pokemon" games and previous "Pokemon Mystery Dungeon" games.

In the meantime, Nintendo has released the first TV commercial for "Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon," reported Siliconera.

Followers of the franchise are pleased with the video, as it confirms what they have been hearing about the latest version of the "Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon."

The game's storyline goes like this: players wake up in the game as a "Pokemon," then they join a team, and later on, venture into dungeons to do various tasks for other "Pokemon."

Adding excitement to the "Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon" storyline is a strange affliction that is turning the creatures into stone.

The "Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon" has also been made more impressive by the accurate scale of its characters, and the game's impressive sense of connectivity.
