Lego Slippers Made For Stepping On Lego, 1,500 Limited Pairs To Be Randomly Given Out for The Holidays

Lego Slippers have been made to protect your feet.

Lego has been around since the 60's and children have enjoyed building things using their creativity and imagination. While many years have passed since the building toy's inception, the fun that goes into building something and taking it apart still remains the same today.

Another thing that remains the same is the pain from stepping on a stray piece of Lego. Parents who have bought their children Lego may have stepped on a piece or two on the occasion that they weren't paying any attention to the floor. The pain from stepping on a Lego block can even be felt while wearing a pair of normal house slippers.

Huffington Post reported that Lego has teamed up with French advertising agency Brand Station to create slippers that will protect parents from lego pieces.

The Lego slippers are red and yellow in color and come in the shape of a rectangle with a bright red logo of Lego on top. It also has a massive amount of padding on the insoles to ensure maximum protection.

This specific shape was chosen so that there is no struggle to put on the right slipper on the right foot since these slippers can be worn either way, as reported by Cnet.

While the Lego slippers look like they should be in every household that has a Lego lover, French blog Piwee stated that Brand Station si only producing 1,500 pairs of slippers. They will be distributed randomly to people who fill out a Christmas wishlist on the Lego France Website.

It may be a holiday promotion right now, but hopefully it becomes a product that is available all year round.
