"Star Wars Battlefront" isn't the only thing fans should be looking out for.

Since the "Star Wars Battlefront" game was announced, fans everywhere were anticipating the changes and upgrades the game would have. There was a "Star Wars Battlefront" released almost 10 years ago and since then there have been a lot of advancements when it comes to gaming and graphics, and the once who are most excited about this are the long time fans of the franchise.

While "Star Wars Battlefront" has just been released, as the game isn't even one day old yet, EA is already planning to continue with Battlefront sequels and other "Star Wars" based video games. This is the perfect opportunity to expand the "Star Wars" universe and present new adventures, characters and planets that have never been shown before.

"We struck a licensing deal with Disney a few years back that's almost ten years in length. The game that comes out tomorrow, Star Wars Battlefront, is a traditional first-person style shooter game," said EA CFO Blake Jorgensen on GameSpot.

"Our goal is to make future Battlefront games as well as other style games around the Star Wars franchise, both on mobile as well as console and PC."

Techradar reported that games meant for gaming consoles aren't the only ones in the works as mobile games are being looked into.

"Star Wars Battlefront" has been officially released on Xbox One, PC and Playstation 4.

"Star Wars Battlefront" is a first and third person shooter game where players take the role of soldiers, heroes or villains in either of two opposing armies. The time is set in different time periods within the "Star Wars" universe.
