"The Flash" season 2 just keeps on getting better and better. Not only is the roster of superheroes growing but the story behind everyone is getting deeper as well.
Last episode, Gorilla Grodd returned to Central City aiming to make other gorillas like him. In order to do so, he captures Caitlyn Snow to help him with his plan. With Barry Allen/Flash not yet fully healed, Harrison Wells stepped up and used the Reverse-Flash costume to persuade Grodd to think that he is Reverse-Flash/Eobard Thawn.
They were able to save Caitlyn Snow as well as transport Grodd to Earth-2 in what seems to be a utopia for his species. Another scene worth noting is Cisco and Kendra's date as the scientist, using his vibe powers, saw a bird-man when he touched Kendra.
This will be the prelude to the much-anticipated cross-over episode airing on Dec. 1. In this episode, Vandal Savage will attack and it will need Team Arrow and Flash's combined effort to stop the immortal. Click here to see the synopsis of the two-part special via our previous report.
Also, Wally West will finally make his debut on episode 9 and here's the synopsis courtesy of Comic Book Resources.
