Alicia Vikander may be getting jealous that her boyfriend Michael Fassbender is now spending a lot of time with Marion Cotillard. With their film "Macbeth" coming out in cinemas next month, Michael Fassbender and Marion Cotillard have been attending one press event after another, leaving Alicia Vikander behind.
According to Just Jared, "Marion Cotillard and Michael Fassbender pose for a photo together at a special screening of their film Macbeth held at Ham Yard Hotel on Sunday (November 15) in London, England. The 40-year-old actress and 38-year-old actor star in the film as husband and wife - the film will hit theaters on December 4."
Maybe Michael and Alicia don't want the public to see them together as much. Recently, Fassbender successfully rerouted all those rumors concerning his relationship with his girlfriend with an anecdote about a horse on the set of his 2011 movie "Jane Eyre".
According to Us Weekly, every living being on this earth, including this lucky horse that got roped into being in "Jane Eyre", knows just how sexy Michael Fassbender is. In recalling an anecdote about this aroused horse, he said, "Well, he used to get quite aroused whenever I got on his back. So, Dan the horse handler had to get on it and sort of, you know, canter him or give him a little trot so he'd sort of slap off his... retract it back and then he was good to go."
Sounds like Alicia Vikander has some serious competition!
She has been getting too busy to pay attention to these stories though. In fact, she may have been selected as the next "Girl with the Dragon Tattoo", which means that her relationship with Michael Fassbender may be put on hold. Seeing the amount of buzz that Rooney Mara got for her role as "Girl with the Dragon Tattoo", this means that Alicia Vikander is about to make it big in Hollywood.
According to IGN, "The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo is getting rebooted by Sony, and it appears Alicia Vikander is up for the leading role. According to TheWrap, Vikander is being eyed to take the place of Rooney Mara, who won't be reprising her starring role as Lisbeth Salander. Additionally, it appears both director David Fincher and actor Daniel Craig will be bowing out of the franchise as well."
Looks like Marion Cotillard is the last of her concerns right now.
But so far Michael and Alicia are rumored to be still going steady despite the fact that they are releasing a movie every week.
