Reports say that this may be the final year for Kobe Bryant as a player in the NBA, as he is bound to retire after the season. In line with that, rumors revealed that a Nike Kobe 11 release date might be announced this year.
According to a Kicks On Fire report, the signature Kobe Bryant basketball shoes may drop by mid December.
However, a report by Sneaker Bar Detroit revealed the official release date of the Nike Kobe 11 alongside a series of other colorways that stretches out for the entire season.
According to the report, the first Nike Kobe 11 would come out on Jan. 9, 2016 with a price tag of $200. The said shoes would have a color mix of university red, metallic gold and black.
Four more colorways are also expected for the said line of basketball kicks. First will be called as "Home," as it has the mix of white, black and court purple in its design. The said CW is expected to drop on Jan. 30, 2016 with a $200 tag.
Another design is expected to arrive on Feb. 27, 2016 and would have a mix of colors hyper grape, white, black, university gold and bright crimson. The said design would also have a $200 tag.
For March, it has been revealed that a "Bruce Lee" and "Easter" design would also come, with the former having a March 19 release and the latter having a March 25 release. Both shoes also have a $200 price tag.
Meanwhile, an official report by Sole Collector revealed that rumors have been going around that Tinker Hatfield may be the one in charge of the design for the Nike Kobe 11 on its release date.
XXL also pointed out that the photo they have could possibly be the first look of the Nike Kobe 11 ahead of its release date.
