"Pangaea: New World" Kickstarter Campaign Brings A Post Apocalyptic World To Life

"Pangaea: New World" Kickstarter campaign has been officially launched.

Developing a game is no easy task and it isn't particularly cheap either. Some gamers are not aware of how difficult and challenging it is to create a game let alone actually get it funded. Crowdfunding sites is the best way ideas can get out there and reach a wider audience and get a market that is willing to buy and fund the making of a new idea.

There are a lot of video games that got funded on crowdfunding sites and there are some that don't. However, those that do create a name for themselves because of their ingenious concepts and ideas.

The "Pangaea: New World" Kickstarter campaign is a hopeful that looks like it's going to be a lot of fun. Apart from being set in a post-apocalyptic world, there are aliens, creatures and one's struggle for survival.

"Pangaea: New World is an innovative and unique open-world, multi-player action game that, at its core, is a post-apocalyptic, survival, sci-fi shooter game," said LVR Studio Ltd. on Kickstarter.

"We performed in depth studies of a wide array of video games and genres and we were avidly and enthusiastically inspired by games such as: Stalker, Metro2033, RAGE, and Infestation. The inspiration we received from these games has driven us to create some highly ambitious content and taking cues from other genres and combining them in unique ways that make players rethink the depth and breadth of an action-oriented first person shooter game."

Some of the special features are dynamic quests, skills and professions, "Real" trade, Anomaly System, Smart Ecosystem, Unique Map, Level up, Interaction, Living World, Co-op and PVP and PVE Modes.

The "Pangaea: New World" Kickstarter campaign has a $250,000 fund goal and already has $2,434 from 50 backers.

The game was recently given the green light on Steam, as reported by Playstation Lifestyle, and would most probably be released towards the end of 2016 if it becomes successful on PC, MAC, Xbox One and PS4.
